To enable us to effectively provide our compliance services, you agree to: (a) Provide timely, complete, and accurate information as requested by FullStack Platforms. (b) Implement and maintain all security controls, policies, and practices within your environment that are outside the direct scope of our managed services. (c) Ensure your personnel are aware of and comply with relevant security policies and procedures. (d) Promptly notify us of any security incidents, breaches, or significant changes in your IT environment or business operations that may impact compliance or the services we provide.

Our services are designed to assist you in meeting requirements for specific cybersecurity compliance frameworks as outlined in your Service Agreement. While we provide expertise, tools, and support for your compliance efforts, the ultimate responsibility for achieving and maintaining compliance, as well as passing any audits or certifications, rests with your organization. Our services do not constitute a guarantee of certification or audit success, as this depends on numerous factors within your control and the actions of third-party auditors.

We are committed to protecting the confidentiality and integrity of your data in connection with the services provided. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard information processed through our services. Our data handling practices are further detailed in our Privacy Policy and your Service Agreement. We will only use your data to provide and improve our services, fulfill our contractual obligations, and as required by law.

FullStack Platforms maintains cybersecurity insurance to protect our operations and support our customers. We conduct background checks on our employees as appropriate for their roles.
